Wunderkind Product Update: Summer 2024

Welcome to the first edition of our Monthly Product Update series! Summer 2024 has been an exciting season of growth and innovation here at Wunderkind, and we’re thrilled to share the latest updates with you. From new integrations to enhanced features, these improvements are designed to make your marketing more effective and efficient.

Wunderkind Help Center

To better serve our clients, we’ve launched the Wunderkind Help Center. This rollout includes three key initiatives: a Support System, a Knowledge Base, and a Product Status Page. The Knowledge Base serves as a one-stop destination featuring a wealth of resources tailored to your needs. The new Support process will streamline tickets and troubleshooting, and the product status page will provide full transparency into our service uptimes.

Studio: Mobile Overrides

Mobile-first is key to effective marketing, and our latest feature update reflects that. With Mobile Responsive Image Overrides in Wunderkind Studio, you can customize how images appear on mobile devices, ensuring a consistent, brand-forward experience across devices.

Studio: Auto Complete

To help you work smarter, not harder, Wunderkind Studio now offers Smart Field Auto-Completion in the Subject Line & Preview Text fields. This feature speeds up the process of crafting emails while ensuring accuracy and relevance in your content.

Custom Reports

Now available within the Analytics application of Wunderkind’s Autonomous Marketing Platform, Custom Reports enable users to effortlessly create fully customized data tables of their core Wunderkind KPIs. Users can tailor their reports to suit their specific needs, offering greater flexibility and control over their performance metrics and analytics.

Connect: Text Segmentation Updates

Wunderkind has released five new features that make it easier than ever to send the right message to the right subscriber segment. In addition to our existing capabilities, brands can now segment their subscribers based on whether they’ve received or clicked on any of your previous texts, create segments based on membership in other segments, and apply dynamic logic to custom segment uploads. Connect: Trigger On-Demand Test Text Sends

Now, users can quickly and easily send test texts to their mobile messaging app(s), verifying that On-Demand campaigns will be delivered as intended. This feature presents a streamlined opportunity for clients to review copy, imagery, UTM parameters, etc. in their On-Demand texts, adding another layer of protection against errors in campaigns before go-live.

Connect: View Real-Time Text Reporting

Now available in the Aggregate Reports sections of Connect, users can filter their date range as “Today” and view on-demand and behavioral text metrics in nearly real-time. This feature enables our clients to monitor on-demand message metrics almost immediately after sending.

Publisher Console

Onboarding new publishers just got faster! Our Publisher Console now supports multi-site creation, drastically reducing the time it takes to set up and onboard publishers. This enhancement streamlines operations, helping you launch new sites without the usual back-and-forth.

Dashboard for Publishers

Now available within the Analytics application of Wunderkind’s Autonomous Marketing Platform, this dashboard increases reporting visibility by giving ads clients access to a dashboard of a wide range of ads-specific metrics.
